• Everything we publish in our galleries will always be anonymous.
   

• You don’t have to share your name or personal details to take part.
   

• If you include personal information in your submission (like your name, address, school, or anything that could identify you), we will remove it before publishing—unless you tell us clearly that you want it to stay.
   

How We Use Your Submission

• Your submission will only be used by Apart of Me to support young people through grief.
   

• We will never sell or share your submission or personal info with other organisations.
   

• Submissions may be lightly edited to protect your privacy or ensure safety, but we will never change what you meant to say.
   

• If you include personal information, it may be stored securely in our internal submission database, but it will never appear publicly without your permission.
   

Keeping You Safe

• Most of the time, what you share with us stays private.
   

• But if we believe that you or someone else is in danger, we may need to tell someone who can help—like a trusted adult or a professional. We would only do this if it’s really necessary to keep someone safe.
   

Your Choices

• You can choose not to share your submission publicly—just let us know in the form.
   

• You can ask us to remove your submission from our website at any time. Just use our Contact page or the contact form at the bottom of this page.
   

• If you gave us your email (optional), we’ll only use it to say thank you, or to follow up about your submission if needed. We won’t send other messages or share it.
