Grief is tough. You don’t have to go through it alone.

Apart of Me is a safe space for young people grieving someone they love.
Our free game and tools help you explore your grief, your way.
Everything we make is co-designed with young people, because you know what helps.
You don’t have to face this alone. We’re here, one step at a time.

Help Us Create Support That Works
Grief is different for everyone. That’s why we’re building Pathlight, a new online hub with young people who’ve lost someone they love, and we want you to be a part of it.
This won’t be some boring list of resources. It’s going to be a living, breathing space packed with stories, letters, art, and tools, all created by young people for young people.
It’s a place where you can:
Share what’s helped you. Express what you’re feeling. Connect with others who get it.

You’re Not Alone:
Digital Support & Real Voices

Our Therapeutic Apps give you a safe space to handle tough emotions, discover your inner strength, and connect with people who truly understand, all at a pace that feels right for you. It’s your journey, and it’s all about you.
The Guide Me Programme is a space in school to express feelings, share experiences, and build understanding with peers who’ve faced similar losses.
